Quiet Listings Broadens Its Property Platform After Rapid Growth Across Australia

Australian prop-tech platform Quiet Listings is expanding its offering beyond off-market real estate, opening its platform to publicly advertised properties for sale as it moves toward its broader goal of becoming an independent and unbiased destination for property discovery across Australia.

Since launching in November 2025, Quiet Listings has recorded significant growth in less than a year. The platform now attracts more than 500,000 property views each month and generates thousands of enquiries for real estate agents and private sellers across the country.

The latest expansion provides buyers with access to a wider range of properties, including houses, units, apartments, acreage and off-market homes for sale. Listings are sourced from thousands of property sellers and real estate agencies operating across Australia.

Quiet Listings operates differently from Australia's major paid property portals. While traditional platforms can charge agents and sellers significant fees to advertise and promote individual properties, Quiet Listings allows buyers, sellers and real estate agents to use the platform without listing or advertising fees.

The platform also does not offer paid priority placement. Sellers cannot pay to have their properties positioned more prominently, helping ensure that property discovery is not determined by advertising budgets or commercial relationships.

This approach forms part of Quiet Listings’ focus on maintaining an independent property marketplace where buyers can explore listings without paid promotion influencing visibility.

Transparency is another central feature of the platform. Quiet Listings provides buyers with additional information designed to help them understand a property's broader sales journey, rather than simply viewing its current advertisement.

Depending on the property, buyers can see information such as how long a home has been marketed, its indicated price range and changes made during the campaign. This can include price reductions, changes to the sales method and previous auction campaigns that did not result in a sale.

Such details can be difficult to identify through conventional property advertising platforms, where listings are generally structured around presenting a property's current campaign rather than providing a complete overview of its marketing history.

The expansion represents another step in Quiet Listings’ broader vision of creating a property marketplace centred on independence, transparency and accessibility.

By bringing publicly marketed and off-market properties together, the platform aims to give buyers a broader view of available real estate while providing agents and private sellers with an additional channel for reaching prospective purchasers without listing fees.

Quiet Listings plans to continue expanding its national property coverage and developing its search technology as it works toward establishing itself as a major independent destination for discovering houses, units, apartments, acreage and other properties for sale across Australia.
